A New York man has been charged with selling crack cocaine to a police informant in Lebanon on three separate occasions, according to a news release issued by the Lebanon County District Attorney’s office. Dolorean Anthony Manly, 21, of Bronx, NY, faces three counts of delivery of crack cocaine, three counts of criminal use of a communication facility, one count of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, one count of possession of crack cocaine and one count possession of drug paraphernalia.

Manly is accused of selling drugs twice to a police informant in Lebanon City on Nov. 20 and again on Dec. 14.

He was arrested earlier this month in the area of 7th and Lehman Streets, according to the District Attorney’s office.

Manly was taken to Lebanon County Central Booking where he was arraigned and placed in Lebanon County Prison in lieu of $75,000.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 30.
