A tractor-trailer crash along Interstate 83 in York County is creating headaches for drivers during the morning rush hour. The crash happened just after 8 a.m. along I-83 south near Exit 24 in Manchester Township.
According to 911 dispatchers, a big rig ran off the road and slid down an embankment.
Traffic is slowly making its way around the scene in the left lane.
