Three Baltimore, Maryland men face multiple charges in a pre-dawn attempted burglary at Park City Center in Lancaster.  At about 4:26 am yesterday morning, a Park City Security officer noticed a white four door white Jeep Patriot moving along the north side of the Bon Ton store with its headlights turned off.  The officer watched the Jeep continue past the entrance for security and maintenance, turn around and park along side a set of overhead garage doors and an employee/contractor entrance.

Two men got out of the Jeep and walked to a set of double doors.  The men began to forcibly pull on the double doors in an attempt to gain entrance. Failing to get inside the men got back into the Jeep. The Jeep left Park City and was observed traveling back and forth into the parking lots of other businesses in the area, stopping briefly. The Jeep then traveled back onto Park City Center property.

The mall security officer called 911 and city police were dispatched to Park City.  The responding officers came upon a Jeep bearing Florida registration plates as it was leaving Park City property and initiated a stop.

The driver of the Jeep was identified as Brian Millhouse, 47. A passenger in the front seat was identified as Quinton Holliday, 28. While talking to the men, one of the officers noticed a black bag in the back of the Jeep with two crow/pry bars protruding from the top of the bag. Blue latex gloves were also scattered in the rear passenger area.  In a additional a third man was discovered lying down across the rear seat. He was identified as Dwayne Daughtry, 20.  When officers attempted to question Daughtry, he picked up a latex glove and stuffed it in his mouth. Assuming it was an attempt to destroy evidence, Daughtry was ordered numerous times to spit out the glove which he eventually did.

Police also found a Global Positioning System device in the Jeep that was programmed with Park City Center as the destination.  All three men were taken into custody.

Charges against the men include Criminal Attempt to Commit Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy to Commit Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy to and Possess an Instrument of Crime. Daughtry faced an additional charge of Tampering with Evidence. Following arraignment all three men were sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $500,000 bail each.
