Carlisle police released this composite sketch of a woman and are trying to identify her after she was caught in the act of a home burglary
Police say on Saturday afternoon, the woman broke inside a home located on the 500 block of Franklin Street, and was confronted by a neighbor who was watching over the residence.
The woman ran out of the home after being confronted.
Police are describing her as a white female, 30-40 years old, about 5’8″ tall, 120 lbs, with very pale skin. She was wearing knee-high rubber boots, a light blue down ski coat, a dark blue knit hat, and a red scarf.
The victim of the home was out-of-town at the time of the burglary and is compiling a list of items that were stolen.
