Protein from meat may help men age well

meatNew research shows animal proteins could help older men.

Scientists studied men whose average age was 67.

They found those who ate the most meat and fish appeared to decrease  their risk of mental physical problems by nearly 40%.

While critics claim the study does have limitations, they say people of all ages should get protein form a variety of sources.
