Pennsylvania State Police charge a 20 year old Franklin County man in last weekend shooting near Shippensburg University. Malcolm Staten, of Chambersburg was taken into custody today without incident.
Staten is accused of shooting Dejuan Thompson, 23, of Philadelphia at 40 College Park Apartment in Shippensburg Township last Sunday. Staten faces multiple charges including Aggravated Assault.
