A Chester county man has been sentenced for shooting a former Harrisburg Heat soccer player last year. Curtis Zebley faces nine to 18 years in prison. Police say he shot Jason Hotchkin three times and pistol-whipped a second man after getting into an argument outside of a West Chester bar. Hotchkin, who once was the captain of the Heat, and serves now as a youth coach, had to undergo three surgeries for his injuries and he is no longer able to run.
