A Harrisburg man is arrested this morning on a retail theft charge, and he faces additional charges. West Shore Regional Police responded at about 8:15 am Wednesday to a call from the Dollar General Store in the 800 block of Market Street, Lemoyne. The store manager reported that a man was putting items into a bag in the rear of the store. The suspect ran away the manager was on the phone with 911.
Police located a man matching the description of the suspect about three blocks away walking on Market Street. The man was stopped and identified as Andra Maurice McCleave, 45, of Harrisburg. Police also identified McCleave as the suspect in two previous retail thefts on Mary 2 and June 12, at the same Dollar Store.
Following arraignment McCleave was sent to Cumberland County Prison in lieu of $5,000 bail.
