Police arrested a man who they say exposed himself to several women in Steelton on July 6. Carl Williams Jr., 44, of Middletown, is charged with indecent exposure, providing false identification to law enforcement and disorderly conduct.
Officers responded to the 400 block of North Front Street around 12:53 p.m. for a report of a man exposing his genitals to several women in the area.
Investigators responded to the scene and caught Williams caught trying to hide from police. He was taken to Dauphin County Prison in lieu of $1,000 bail.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 25.
