State police say that a heart problem killed the driver of a tractor-trailer that crashed earlier this week in Franklin County.

Police said in a news release that 51-year-old Steven Lee Winfrey of Roanoke, VA suffered ” an acute cardiac event” just before his truck left the interstate. His death was listed as “natural.”

The crash happened on I-81 north near exit 10 in Guildford Township. Police say the tractor-trailer struck a cement storm drain and burst into flames.
