Pennsylvania lawmakers to hold hearing on fingerprint records

A new report shows fingerprint records were missing for more than 30,000 defendants last year.

State law requires a suspect to be fingerprinted within 48 hours of their arrest.

The House Judiciary Committee will hear from local police, judges and other officials, who will suggest solutions for the problem.
