Ohio State University Fires Band Director

Ohio State University has fired its marching band director as an internal investigation reveals a sexualized culture among band members.  A parent of a band member first filed a complaint against Jonathan Waters in May.  The investigation report says abuse included band members posing in sex positions on bus rides and midnight practices in their underwear.  Investigators determined that Waters was aware of the issue but failed to eliminate it.  The school released a statement saying it considers the safety of its students most important and will abide by the zero tolerance policy moving on.
