Dealing with Micromanagers

The majority of today’s professionals say they’ve had one, a micromanager.  According to a new survey from staffing firm Accountemps, 59% of employees have dealt with  boss who controls their every move and continually looks over their shoulder.  What’s more, it’s taking toll on both morale and productivity.  Dianna Shafer with Accountemps has more.
