Police in Dauphin County say three people are facing multiple charges, including disorderly conduct after an argument started over text messaging.
Officers say the incident happened in the 100 and 200 blocks N. West Street in Williamstown on July 23rd. Dustin Bergey, 25 and Doanld Michael, 49, were arguing through texts and made threats to one another.
Michael allegedly went to Bergey’s home with a lead pipe, hitting the home with it, police said.
According to police, Bergey and Michael began arguing and then Michael went back to his home. Police say another man, 25-year-old Michael Matter III, and Bergey went to Michael’s house and Matter allegedly threatened to shoot Michael.
When trying to leave the house, Bergey allegedly tried to hit Michael with his vehicle. Matter, Michael, and Bergey are all facing several charges of disorderly conduct and terroristic threats.
