The United States Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrest a northern Dauphin County man wanted on sexual assault charges involving children. Robert Baving, 44, was taken into custody without incident in the 900 block of Sparta Way, Sparta, Georgia.
Millersburg Borough Police obtained an arrest warrant in March 2009 for Baving charging him with multiple counts of indecent assault, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.
