North Middleton man charged after he shoots gun at victim

North Middleton Township Police have charged a man after they say he shot a gun at another person Saturday night.

Dustin Mulholland, 30, is charged with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, terroristic threats and possession of drug paraphernalia.

According to police, officers were called to a home along the 100 block of Marion Avenue around 10:30 p.m. Saturday where police said Mulholland was going with a gun to kill a resident there.

Police believe a struggle broke out for control of the gun. Sometime during the struggle Mulholland fired a shot toward the victim’s face.

The victim was unharmed. Mulholland was treated for minor injuries he sustained during the struggle.

Mulholland was taken to central booking and is currently awaiting arraignment.
