Police have filed theft charges against a Lancaster County gun dealer.

John Radzik, 37, of Lancaster is charged with theft by deception. He was arrested Aug. 14 and later released after posting $10,000 bail.

Radzik is the owner of Gun Dealer Online, LLC at 823 Rohrerstown Road in East Hempfield Township.

According to police reports, a customer had given Radzik over 45 guns to be sold on consignment in November 2013. Investigators said Radzik never gave the customer the money for them.

The shop closed its doors on July 1.

Police believe there could be other victims who did business with Radzik and were never compensated.

Any additional complaints against Radzik should be directed to the East Hempfield Township Police Department at 717-898-3103.
