(East Pennsboro Township) — A Cumberland County woman has been arrested after police found unsanitary living conditions at her home where 2 children lived.

East Pennsboro Township police were called to a home on the first block of E. Beale Avenue in Enola on Monday. Officers found the home in deplorable conditions. They also found that two children live there.

Police charged Stephanie Marie Brennan, 34, with endangering the welfare of children.
