Police in Swatara Township have arrested a Harrisburg man after they say he admitted to several robberies throughout Dauphin County.
According to police Davon Jones, 21, robbed Santo’s Pizza and Subs by gunpoint around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday night in the 3000 block of Parkview Lane in Swatara Township.
Police say after canvassing the area, Jones was identified as the suspect and was later arrested around 9:40 p.m. along the 1200 block of South 28th Street. Jones was found in possession of a .44 caliber revolver with a scope that was used during the robbery.
According to police, that gun was reported stolen out of Lancaster County.
Police say while interviewing Jones he admitted to committing three other robberies within Swatara Township using the same handgun.
Jones is currently waiting to be arraigned at Dauphin County Judicial Center on 4 counts of robbery charges, one count of theft by receiving stolen property and four counts of carrying a firearm without a license.
