The Gettysburg Fire Department will be conducting an open house on October the 5th 2p.m.-5p.m. for Fire Prevention week. The members of the GFD will be conducting demonstrations in Vehicle Rescue, Fire Extinguishers and a visit from Stat Medevac. Besides the demonstrations, they will have giveaway's, door prizes and coloring contest for the children, in which the prize is a Fire Truck ride to school and various Fire Prevention information.
