York City Police say they have the robber who hit two York banks in the last week in custody. Andre Quentin Grimes, 49, was arrested at the Super 8 Motel located @ 40 Arsenal Rd Monday evening. Grimes is accused of robbing the White Rose Federal Credit Union located at 107 E. Philadelphia St. on October 3rd and the Integrity Bank located at 1 Marketway South on Monday morning.
