Structural problems at Doe Run Elementary school lead to an evacuation and early dismissal for students. The district issued the following statement:
Early this afternoon district administration were notified of structural concerns with Doe Run Elementary School.
As a safety precaution, Doe Run faculty and students followed the designated evacuation plan and relocated to the Middle School.
Regularly scheduled 2:10 PM dismissal will take place from the Middle School.
