A two-car crash shut down several lanes of traffic along 322 in Dauphin County overnight.
County officials say two cars collided head-on before 2:30 this morning by the Fiddler’s Elbow underpass in Derry Township.
Everyone involved was taken to Hershey Medical Center with unknown injuries.
The accident scene is now clear.
