HARRISBURG, PA(WPMT)- Federal officials charge a 28 year old native and citizen of Honduras with illegal entry into the United States.
Orbin Izaguirre-Galvez, was charged in federal court in Harrisburg today. She is accused of entering the U.S. at a time and place other than designated by immigration officers. Izaguirre-Galvez was arrested in York County after eluding examination or inspection by immigration officers.
If convicted, she faces a maximum sentence of up to 6 months in prison and a $5,000 fine.
