State Police have charged a man with stalking his ex-wife.
On October 9, Tonya Boyer,45, reported to State Police that her ex was stalking her. She told police that she and Bryan Walk, 50 of Hummelstown, exchange children every other week on Fridays. However, Walk was showing up at the children’s school when it was not his week to get the children. He also was staring at the victim while driving by her repeatedly, police say.
On October 9th, a State Trooper observed Walk drive past the area of the school six times. Walk was stopped after Boyer and the children left the area.
Since October, Boyer has told police that the stalking has continued since she reported the crime.
A warrant has been issued for Walk’s arrest.
