Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a crash that killed a Hanover man.
Investigators say, 22-year-old Jesse Allen Heiser was killed, when his vehicle, traveling at a high rate of speed along Pine Grove Road, in Union Township, Adams County, struck a utility pole.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
After hitting the pole, the vehicle struck several mailboxes, traveling close to 400-feet before coming to a stop, just off the northbound lane of Pine Grove Road, according to police.
State troopers say Heiser was wearing a seat belt, but died at the scene.
