We are in the kitchen getting you lovebirds ready for Valentine’s day.  Harry and Adrienne Tassou, the owners of Olivia’s Mediterranean Restaurant in Gettysburg, have a great recipe for surf and turf.

Valentine's surf & turf- a 1lb HUGE lobster tail broiled to perfection and served alongside a 10oz filet mignon that has been deliciously seasoned w greek coffee grounds and Harry's own steak seasoning rub all wrapped in prosciutto and served with freshly sautéed asparagus spears and tender rice pilaf

Couscous salad- a healthy blend of kale, spinach, endive, radicchio, thinly sliced red onion & couscous all lightly tossed in Olivia's own balsamic vinaigrette all served over greek tzatziki , then garnished with creamy Bulgarian feta & fresh garden beets
