Officials at Millersville University have confirmed a student death on campus.
According to the College Director of Communications, Janet Kacskos, a female student was pronounced dead early Sunday morning by the Lancaster County Coroner’s office.
The cause of death is under investigation.
The student’s parent’s and sibling’s have been notified, and the girl’s name is not being released at this time.
Counseling services are available on campus. There is no threat to the campus community officials say.
An autopsy is scheduled for Monday.
