MOUNT JOY (WPMT)-A Mount Joy man has been arrested on child pornography charges.
Eugene R. Hess III, 28, shared images of child pornography over the internet from his home, according to police reports.
Pennsylvania State Police also searched Hess’ house and seized a computer and a cell phone that contained child pornography, authorities said.
Hess is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.
Hess was taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $20,00 bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for Feb. 24.
