LANCASTER COUNTY, PA(WPMT) Sean Edward Wright, 42, wanted on an outstanding warrant through Lebanon City Police is arrested by Ephrata Police at about 12:15 pm today. The warrant accused Wright of Terroristic Threats.
Wright was also being sought by the U.S. Marshal’s Service on a fugitive from justice warrant on rape charges in Delaware County. He was turned over to Lebanon City Police.
