LANCASTER COUNTY, PA (WPMT) Ephrata Police accuse Chad Earl Frantz, 37, of Goodville, of sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl in 2010. The alleged assault happened in a residence in the 700 block of East Main Street in Ephrata Borough.
Charges against Frantz include Rape, Involuntary Deviate Sexual Intercourse and Corruption of a minor. Frantz also faces rape charges involving a girl who was 4 years old at the time the alleged sexual assaults began, filed by the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department.
Following arraignment, he was sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of several bails totaling $750,000.
