UPDATE:
Met Ed crews have isolated the problem underground and are concentrating on now restoring power to the affected areas.
All roads have been reopened.
Previously:
Crews are on the scene of an underground electrical fire in York city.
Fire Chief David Michaels said it happened around 3:30 a.m.
When crews arrived, heavy smoke was coming out of the manholes located along Philadelphia and Duke streets.
Both roads are shut down at this time.
Several power outages have been reported in the area.
Met Ed crews are on their way.
East Philadelphia street is closed from Queen to George and Duke street is closed from Market to Gas.
