People in Harrisburg came together on Saturday, in support of parental equality in child custody cases.
It's all part of Parental Alienation Awareness Day.
Members of the National Parents Organization of Pennsylvania took the steps of the Capitol to share their concerns.
Those involved say they are encouraged by the fact that lawmakers in about 20 states are currently working to support shared parenting and parental equality in child custody cases.
As of now, Pennsylvania is not one of those states.
Those who came out say they hope the rally will bring awareness to the issue and put P.A. on the list of the states considering reform.
