A 23-year-old man from Columbia is being charged after police say he had sexual intercourse with a girl who was between 5-7 years old at the time.
Nickalaus Stoutzenberger, of the 500 block of N. Second Street, is charged with 1 count of involuntary deviate intercourse with a child and 3 counts of indecent assault.
Police say the assaults occurred in Washington Borough, Manor Township between 2009-2010.
Stoutzenberger is in Lancaster County Prison in lieu of a $150,000 bail.
