21-year-old killed while trying to help victims in a car accident

SILVER SPRING TOWNSHIP, Pa. — The Cumberland County coroner identified the  man was killed overnight while helping victims of an earlier car accident in Silver Spring Township.

21-year-old Adam Webb of Hampden Township was hit by a tractor-trailer on Route 114 at the intersection of Shadow Oaks Drive around midnight.

Webb was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple traumatic injuries.
