YORK, Pa - Executive Chef Travis Mumma from Café Fresco Center City in Harrisburg stopped by the FOX43 kitchen to show us his new summer menu. Chef Mumma whipped up pan roasted sea scallops over a roasted, red beet risotto with baby arugula and a coconut, mango beurre blanc.

Café Fresco: Café Fresco Center City is an award-winning, Asian-Fusion restaurant located in downtown Harrisburg. Mumma recently won 2015 Central PA Super Chef, held at the Hershey Lodge. This is his second time winning the competition, with his first win in 2013.
One of the owners, Jen Fertenbaugh, represented the restaurant to win the title of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s of Woman of the Year last week, raising over $74,000 in 10 weeks – the most ever raised by a woman in the region to date.
