WEST YORK, Pa. — West York Police have a warrant for a man accused of a violent domestic assault and rape. Police were to the first block of North Highland Avenue early this morning. Brison Phillip Farmer, 25, is wanted on charges of rape, aggravated assault, and unlawful restraint. Farmer is described as being 6’5 tall, 195 lbs. He is known to frequent the York and Harrisburg areas. Police say Farmer should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
He was last seen driving a black Mercedes-Benz GL4 SUV with Pennsylvania registration plate number: JTW-1366.
