LANCASTER, PA — Police stopped three kids early Saturday morning for a curfew violation and then found one of them was carrying a loaded stolen handgun. It happened around 2:55am in the 1st blk. of W. King. Police say the boy, a 13-year-old city resident, had the .380 caliber semi-automatic handgun in this picture. He was charged with receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor, and violating juvenile curfew. He was committed to the Lancaster County Youth Intervention Center.
