LANCASTER, Pa. — A Lancaster man is facing felony charges for allegedly sexually abusing two children in Lancaster City, according to police reports.
Richard Frederick, 58, is charged with two counts of indecent assault, two counts aggravated indecent assault, two counts of corruption of minors and indecent exposure. Frederick was arraigned Thursday and taken to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail.
Police began investigating Frederick on Oct. 6 after receiving reports that two children were sexually assaulted at a home in Lancaster. The alleged abuse occurred between 2014 and August 2015.
