SOUTH MIDDLETON TWP, Pa. — A Cumberland County man is facing charges after state police said he admitted to shaking and hitting his six-week old son.
22-year-old John Tyler Howard-Bee, of Carlisle, has been charged with three counts of aggravated assault and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
According to state police, on Tuesday around 5:30p.m. the baby was brought into Carlisle Regional Medical Center with traumatic physical injuries, the baby was then taken to the Hershey Medical Center for additional treatment.
Police say Howard-Bee admitted to causing the boy’s injuries. He is currently awaiting arraignment at the Cumberland County Prison.
