LEBANON COUNTY, Pa. – A Lebanon County man is behind bars charged with multiple counts of child pornography. Police say the arrest of Thomas Jay Miller, 20, of Palmyra, was the result of an investigation into an incident reported to borough police during the evening of September 24.
Charges against Miller include, Criminal Solicitation to Produce Child Pornography and Criminal Solicitation to Possess Child Pornography. Following arraignment, Miller was sent to the Lebanon County Correctional Facility in lieu of $75,000 bail.
