HARRISBURG, Pa. – Harrisburg City Police charge three men with firing paint balls at people and property at various locations in the city. The incidents happen on November 3 beginning at bout 3:45 pm.

About an hour later at 4:30 pm police were alerted that a silver Infiniti had fled from the area of 4th and Woodbine Streets after several paint balls had been fired.  Officers quickly located the car abandoned in the 2100 block of 4th Street.  The car was unregistered with a license plate that did not belong on it.  The car was impounded.

Investigators determined that Fredrick Morissett, 24, was the front seat passenger of the car from which the paintball was fired at people and property. With the help of surveillance video, they were also able to identify Darrell Holmes, 18 and Kwamayne Thomas, 24, as the two individuals in the car when the incidents took place. Further Thomas was identified as the driver.

All three men are charged with Propulsion of Missiles onto/toward Roadway, Recklessly Endangering, Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Discharge of Paintball Gun and conspiracy charges. In addition Kwamayne was charged with driving with a suspended license.
