HARRISBURG, Pa. — Harrisburg Area Community College has evacuated its Harrisburg Campus after receiving a bomb threat on Wednesday morning, according to a college spokesperson.
The college received the threat around 10:45 a.m. and immediately evacuated students and staff.
“We are currently working with the Harrisburg Bureau of Police to evaluate the campus,” school administrators said in a statement. “We take all safety-related threats seriously. The safety and security of HACC students, employees and visitors are always top priorities.”
So far, investigators have not found anything suspicious on campus.
