PALMYRA, Pa.–Charges were filed Friday against an Annville man who led police on a 20 mile chase in Lebanon County earlier this month.
Keith T. Coyne, 47, is charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, receiving stolen property, driving under suspension, reckless driving, driving without a license and other traffic violations. Police said Coyne has five prior DUI convictions.
Officers attempted to pull Coyne over during an early morning traffic stop on Dec. 5 along the 300 block of East Main Street in Palmyra. Coyne fled and led police on a 20 mile pursuit.
Pennsylvania State Police deployed spike strips to stop Coyne’s vehicle near the intersection of Route322 and Route 501 in Lancaster County.
