Horrible footage of animal abuse of a dog was captured and posted to Facebook on December 14, 2015. FOX43 is currently investigating the situation.
We just received this message from Melissa Smith of the York County SPCA:
“A Humane Officer has both dogs in custody. They will be immediately examined by our veterinarian to make sure they are ok. We will be filing a cruelty charge later this week regarding the footage.”
