LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. – A Lancaster woman is charged with attacking her roommate with a knife while she slept. East Lampeter Township Police responded at 5:15 am Friday to a call from Lancaster General Hospital concerning an adult female who was being treated for stab wounds.
The investigation determined that the victim was attacked, with a blunt object and a knife, by her roommate, Kalen Mary Warwick, 24, while the victim was sleeping in her bed. The victim sustained lacerations to her arms and legs, and contusions to her torso and arms. She was treated and released from the hospital.
Warwick is charged with Aggravated Assault with a Weapon and Simple Assault. She was arraigned and released on unsecured bail.
