A dump truck carrying a load of scrap metal overturned this morning in Harrisburg.
Officials with the Harrisburg fire department say it happened shortly after 7:30 on the 13th street exit ramp along 83 south.
They say the driver was not injured and was able to climb out of the truck.
At this time, no word on what caused the vehicle to overturn.
