LEBANON, Pa.–A 10-year-old boy was attacked by dogs as he was playing basketball in Lebanon last month and now the owner is facing citations.
According to police, the boy was playing in an alley near the 300 block of Prune Street on Feb. 20 when he was bit on both arms by two dogs. The boy was taken the hospital for treatment.
Investigators say the dogs were running at large at the time and were not supervised by their owner, Tiandra Cherry, 37, of Lebanon.
Cherry was cited for harboring dangerous dogs and dogs running at large.
