DERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa.–An attempted daylight burglary is caught on video, and Derry Township police are hoping you can help them catch the suspects.
It happened Tuesday along the 2200 block of Church Road. Police say the homeowners security system captured the entire incident.
The video shows a dark colored sedan parked at the end of the driveway, with two men inside. One of the men is seen walking up to the front door of the home and knocks. When no one answers, he forces his way inside using another door . The second suspect stays with the vehicle.
Both suspects are described as white males. One of the suspects has dark hair, a beard and mustache and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and jeans. The other was last seen wearing a darker colored shirt and jeans.
A reward of up to $2,000 is being offered by Dauphin County Crime Stoppers.
