LEMOYNE, Pa.–Police need the public’s help in identifying a man who is suspected of stealing a bicycle from a Lemoyne home on Tuesday.
The theft took place along the 600 block of Hummel Avenue around 10:30 a.m.
A person who witnessed the theft provided police with a photograph of a man riding away on the stolen bike, investigators said.
